STUFFED BELL PEPPERS MICROWAVE 
4 lg. peppers
1/4 c. water
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. Beef Rice-A-Roni cooked
1 tbsp. parsley
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce, divided

Wash peppers, remove tops and seeds. Place upright in 2 quart casserole. Pour water over bottom and cook, covered on high 2 minutes. Drain water and let stand while preparing filling. Crumble beef into glass bowl, add onion and cook on high 4 minutes or until meat loses color, stirring once. Drain fat, stir in garlic, rice, parsley and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.

Fill peppers, top with sauce. Cook covered on high 10 to 12 minutes or until tender.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
