PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES 
1/2 env. Butter Buds mixed with 1/4 c. warm water
24 packets Equal or any non-nutritive sweetener equal to 1 c. sugar
1/2 c. natural peanut butter without added oil or sugar
1 egg replacer
1/3 c. nonfat milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine butter, sweetener and peanut butter and blend well. Combine egg, nonfat milk, and vanilla; add to first mixture. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder together, and blending well. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Flatten with fork tines dipped in water. Bake 10 minutes. Yield: 4 dozen.
