CHEESE STRAWS 
2 c. flour, sifted
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. cold water

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together into medium size bowl. With pastry blender, combine butter and grated cheese. Mix lightly with a fork until pastry holds together and leaves sides of bowl clean. Roll out to a 12 inch x 10 inch rectangle on a lightly floured board. Divide in half and cut each half crosswise into 1/2 strips.

Bake at 450°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
