MACADAMIA NUT CREAM PIE | |
1 box instant vanilla pudding & pie mix 1 tsp. melted butter 3 tbsp. powdered sugar 1 baked pie shell 1 1/4 c. milk 1 c. chopped macadamia nuts 1 c. whipped cream 1 tsp. vanilla Make pudding according to package using 1 1/4 cups milk in place of 2 cups. Add nuts and butter, cool 2 to 3 hours, stirring once. Whip cream; add powdered sugar and vanilla. Carefully fold the stiff cream into the cooled pudding and pour into a baked and cooled pie shell. |
