Mom used 1/2 cup Macadamia nuts. She also used 1 teaspoon almond extract and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Sweetened whipped cream is 1 cup whipped cream plus 1 teaspoon sugar plus, plus 1 cap vanilla.
