RAISIN SAUCE 
Good served with ham!

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 c. water
1/3 c. seedless raisins

Mix brown sugar, dry mustard and flour. Slowly add vinegar, then lemon juice, lemon rind, water and raisins. Cook over low heat until thick. Stir constantly.
