HAM BALLS WITH RAISIN SAUCE 
3 c. ground ham
1 c. uncooked quick cooking rolled oats
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 lg. eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. prepared mustard

SAUCE:

3/4 c. raisins
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl with hands lightly mix ham ball mixture and 1/4 teaspoon pepper until combined. Shape into 12 balls. Arrange in shallow baking dish; bake uncovered 15 minutes.

Meanwhile make sauce. In small saucepan bring first 4 sauce ingredients and 1 1/2 cups of water to boiling; simmer 5 minutes. In small bowl mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup water until blended, stir into raisin mixture. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Simmer 1 minute until thickened. Pour over ham balls. Bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally with sauce mixture. Serves 6.
