RAISIN SAUCE FOR HAM 
3/4 to 1 c. raisins
1/4 c. water or brandy
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. apple sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
Water

Cook raisins and water or brandy in microwave for 2 minutes; set aside. Cook brown sugar, applesauce, and cornstarch for 2 minutes on high. Mix all remaining ingredients together with raisins and brown sugar sauce; cook for another 2 1/2 minutes on high. Add water to make right pouring consistency. Enjoy over ham.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
