RAISIN SAUCE (HAM GLAZE) 
1 c. raisins
1 3/4 c. water
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar

Boil raisins in water for 5 minutes. Add sugar mixed with cornstarch, spices, mustard and salt. Cook, stirring until thickened. Blend in the vinegar. Makes 1 1/2 cups of sauce. Serve hot on sliced ham.
