NO-COOK CRANBERRY RELISH 
4 c. fresh or frozen cranberries (1 12 oz. bag=3 c.)
1 apple, cored but unpeeled
1 sm. seedless orange, unpeeled
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. sugar

Put berries, apple and orange through food processor. Add sugar and mix well. Store chilled until ready to serve. Once you try this, you won't want canned sauce anymore!
