NORWEGIAN PANCAKES 
4 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar

Mix together until there are no lumps. Batter should be runny. Put 1/3 cup batter in heated griddle.

MAPLE FAVORED SYRUP:

4 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup
3 c. water

Boil 5 minutes; add 2 tablespoons maple flavoring. Stores well.
