SOUTHERN PECAN PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/4 c. butter (melted)
3 eggs (well beaten)
1 c. pecans
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Combine sugar and melted butter. Add beaten eggs and pecans to syrup mixture, mixing thoroughly. Pour filling into shell. Bake in oven 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
