BROCCOLI PUFF | |
3 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli 2 cans cream of chicken soup 4 well beaten eggs 2 c. grated sharp cheese Fresh parsley Combine all ingredients except parsley and mix until well blended. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 degrees) for a hour or until puffed and lightly browned. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Can be made ahead of time and kept in freezer. |
