IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded cheese Cheddar or American

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10 inch skillet over medium heat until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate.

Beat milk, eggs and baking mix until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour into pie plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until a knife goes in center and comes out clean. (5-8 minutes at 400 degrees.) Makes 5-8 servings.
