CHEESY POTATO NUGGETS 
1/2 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. crushed shredded wheat cereal

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine potatoes and sour cream in a bowl, toss lightly to mix. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased casserole. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine cheese and cereal. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until done.
