OVERNIGHT CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup 1 c. milk 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 c. uncooked macaroni 1/4 lb. cut-up dried beef 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 3 tbsp. finely chopped onion Stir soup to creamy consistency. Add milk and stir. Add all ingredients except eggs. Fold eggs in last. Place in buttered casserole and cover. Store overnight in refrigerator. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cover with onion rings or buttered bread crumbs the last 15 minutes of baking. |
