BAKED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2-3 lb. chicken, cut up
2 c. uncooked rice
1 can celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 env. dried onion soup mix
2 soup cans milk

Mix rice, celery soup, mushroom soup, and milk. Put in large pan. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle soup over all. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
