CHICKEN & RICE BAKE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain & wild rice
1 can mushroom, celery or chicken soup
Pieces of chicken, skinned

Sprinkle rice and herb packet in bottom of deep casserole or long cake pan. Place skinned chicken on top of rice. Mix soup with 2 cans of water and pour over the thicken. Bake uncovered in 400 degree oven for 1/2 hour then reduce heat to 350 degrees, cover casserole and bake 1 hour.
