3 Granny Smith apples, diced
8 oz. peanuts
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 c. powdered sugar

Beat butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in Cool Whip and then add rest of ingredients. Chill and serve.
