SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
1 (#2 1/2) can kraut
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 sm. jar chopped pimento

DRESSING:

1 1/3 c. sugar (can reduce or add some sweetened)
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil

Mix all ingredients well. Let stand covered in refrigerator for several hours before serving. This salad will keep for more than 1 week in refrigerator.
