SAUCY APPLE SWIRL CAKE 
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 2/3 c. (1 lb. jar) applesauce
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend sugar and cinnamon. Grease a 10 inch Bundt or tube pan and dust with about 1 tablespoon of sugar and cinnamon mixture; save remainder for cake. Blend cake mix, applesauce and eggs until moistened. Beat until mixed well. Reserve 1 1/2 cups batter. Pour remaining batter into pan. Sprinkle with remaining sugar cinnamon mixture. Then top with reserved batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until done. Cool cake in pan, top side up for 15 minutes. Then invert on a serving plate.
