PISTACHIO SWIRL CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding (instant)
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts, finely chopped

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter

Mix the first 6 ingredients on medium speed. Set aside. Pour 1/3 cake batter in greased tube pan. Then 1/2 the sugar mixture, 1/3 batter, 1/2 sugar mixture and 1/3 the batter. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

GLAZE: Mix 1 1/2 cups sugar, buttermilk, baking soda, vanilla, and butter together and bring to a boil. Pour over cake.
