SALAD DRESSING (FOR FRUIT) 
Juice from a 20 oz. can of pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Juice from 1 lemon

Mix well, cook until thickened in heavy pan or double boiler. Cool, add whipped cream or Cool Whip and fruit. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve. Garnish with ground nuts or sliced cherries.
