HASH BROWN QUICHE 
1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. diced ham or sausage
1/2 c. cream or milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

Press hash browns into 9 inch pie plate to make a solid crust. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove crust from oven and fill with ham and cheeses. Beat milk or cream with eggs and salt; pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until knife inserted at edge comes out clean.
