HASH BROWN QUICHE 
24 oz. hash browns
1 1/2 c. Half and Half
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. diced ham

Press hash browns into greased pie plate and brush with melted butter. Bake for 25 minutes in 425 degree oven. Layer ham and cheeses. Beat together 3 eggs, 1 1/2 cups of Half and Half and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Pour over quiche. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
