PASTA ALFREDO (WITH A TWIST) 
This recipe is tasty and great for young children. You can also serve with steamed vegetables. Delicious!

1 (16 oz.) box your favorite type of pasta (elbow is best)
1/2 (24 oz.) jar original pasta sauce
1 (24 oz.) jar alfredo pasta sauce
1 tsp. olive oil
sprig of mint (optional, for garnish)

Boil pasta according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking, in a saucepan, mix both sauces and let boil. When it starts to boil, turn off heat, cover, and let sit. When the pasta is ready, drain, and return to the pot, then put the oil over the pasta. Mix the oil and the pasta.

To plate pasta, put some pasta on the plate and pour sauce over pasta according to your liking. Garnish with a sprig of mint. ENJOY!!!
