1 sm. pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. water, boiling
2 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. diced celery
1 apple, diced
1 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

Add lemon gelatin to boiling water. Let chill until it begins to thicken. Add remaining ingredients. Chill until firm.
