Cake:

1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together with spoon. Do not use mixer.

Bake at 350°F in 9 x 13 inch greased pan for 30 to 40 minutes.

Icing:

1 stick butter
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread on warm cake and sprinkle with nuts.
