BEST EVER CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. baking cocoa
1 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and sugar in mixing bowl. Bring to a boil the butter, baking cocoa and water. Pour over flour mixture and mix well. Beat in eggs. Add buttermilk, soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix well. Spoon into a greased and floured 12 x 17-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Icing:

6 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Bring milk, butter and cocoa to a boil. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla and chopped pecans; mix well. Beat until creamy. Spread on warm cake.
