MOTHER - IN - LAW'S BEST CARROT
CAKE
 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
3 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients; add oil and carrots. Add eggs (one at a time) and beat well after each addition. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan 1 hour in a 350 degree oven.

FROSTING:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
