BRENDA'S PUMPERNICKLE DIP 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. scallions
1 c. fresh parsley
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water chestnuts

Hollow out a round loaf of pumpernickle. Break the bread into bite size pieces. (Make dip day before to blend flavors.) Pour into hollowed loaf and arrange bread pieces around it on tray and serve.
