PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 can (30 oz.) pumpkin
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 box yellow or white cake mix
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, salt and spices; mix well. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix over mixture, drizzle with butter. Sprinkle nuts over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
