1 c. chocolate bits
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
8 c. Rice Chex or Crispix

Melt together chocolate bits, peanut butter and butter. Add cereal and mix well. Put small amount of powdered sugar in sack and shake small amount of mix to coat. Repeat.
