ISLE OF GREEN MINT DESSERT 
32 marshmallows
1 lg. can Pet milk
Mint flavoring
Green food coloring
2 c. whipping cream, whipped
20 Hydrox cookies, crushed
1 sm. bottle cherries

Heat marshmallows and milk until completely dissolved in top of double boiler. Cool. Add flavoring to taste and coloring as desired. Add whipped cream. Place 1/2 crumbs in 9"x12" pan. Pour in marshmallow mixture. Top with remaining crumbs. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Cut in squares and serve. Garnish with whipped cream and cherries.
