4 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Bring to a boil 5 minutes and stir constantly. Pour mixture over 4-6 oz. chocolate chips, 1 cup marshmallow creme, 1 cup chopped nuts, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Cool. Beat and dip spoon in cold water and drop on wax paper. Makes 5 pounds.
