2 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. nuts

Mix sugar, butter, salt and milk. Stir over medium heat. Bring to rolling boil, continue to cook and stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients. Best results to keep refrigerated.
