BUFFET POTATOES 
4 med. baking size potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated American cheese
1/2 c. cream or Carnation milk

Cut potatoes lengthwise in strips. Place in greased baking dish dot with butter, salt and pepper and cheese. Pour cream over all. Cover with foil and bake 40 to 50 minutes at 425 degrees.
