SHERRY'S PEACHY-KEEN SUNRISE BLISS | |
2 (15 oz cans each) sliced peaches in light syrup 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt 1 cup thawed frozen whipped topping 1 tsp. chopped crystallized ginger Pinch of cinnamon Using colander, drain peaches, reserving 2 tbsp. syrup. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, whipped topping, ginger, cinnamon, and reserved syrup. Thinly slice 1/2 cup peach slices. Set aside. In food processor, pulse remaining peach slices 3 times. Divide evenly among parfait glasses. Divide yogurt-cinnamon mix evenly among glasses. Top with sliced peaches. Submitted by: Sherry Monfils |
