VEGETABLE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 pt. carrots, broccoli, cauliflower and green beans
1 med. onion
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. grated strong cheese

Cook vegetables until tender. Drain and add one can of soup and cheese. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and cheese has melted. Any variety of vegetables may be used.
