CHICKEN THAI NOODLE SALAD 
1 pkg rice sticks (Thai noodles) or spaghetti
vegetable oil
1 pkg chicken breast
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup chopped green onions
3/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce

Cook chicken and chop into bite-sized pieces. Cook pasta according to package directions. Add remaining ingredients; mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
