APPLE NUT PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 large apple, diced
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 tsp. vanilla

A do-it-self crust.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9-inch pie pan. Beat eggs. Add sugar, mixing well. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture. Stir just enough to mix (do not beat). Add apples, pecans and vanilla and mix (do not overmix). Pour into pie pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
