KARO NUT PIE | |
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell 3 eggs 1 c. Karo syrup, red 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. butter, melted 1 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. pecans Beat eggs; add flour, sugar, Karo, butter, vanilla, vinegar and pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 410°F for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 30-40 minutes. |
