TUNA RICE MUFFINETTES 
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
16 oz. drained tuna, flaked
3/4 c. green olives, sliced
1 tbsp. instant onions
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. season salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. milk

Pour mixture into greased muffin cups.

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
