SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. spinach
1 lb. can bean sprouts
6 strips bacon
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced

SALAD DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. vinegar
1 sm. onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Wash, stem and break spinach. Drain bean sprouts (well). Brown bacon and break in pieces. Mix spinach, bean sprouts, bacon and eggs.

Beat all ingredients for dressing. Beat well and chill. Pour amount desired over salad ingredients and serve.
