EGGS OREGON 
4 potatoes
1 yellow onion
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
1 bell pepper
1/2 lb. bacon
Toasted bread
6 eggs
Milk

Fry bacon, leave grease in pan. Add more grease. Dice potatoes, onion and bell pepper; fry together. Remove bacon, cook until potatoes are a little brown. Scramble eggs in bowl with milk. Remove excess grease from potatoes, onions and bell peppers. Add scrambled eggs and bacon. Stir until eggs cook together. Serve with toast.
