EGG ROLLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 clove garlic
2 onions, minced
3 carrots, minced
2 potatoes, med. size
2 stalks celery, sm., minced

Brown ground beef with garlic. Pour off most of the grease. Add onion, carrots, potatoes and celery and brown. Add soy sauce, a few shakes, season with garlic salt, 2 teaspoons, 1 tablespoon pepper, 1/3 teaspoon green onions. Stir about.

Buy the thinnest wrappers you can find. Let cool. Lay wrapper on counter. Put about 1 tablespoon of meat mixture in one corner of wrapper, fold in sides and roll up. Seal wrappers with egg white. You can freeze these or serve anytime after deep fat frying.
