CINDY'S WEDDING SALAD DRESSING 
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/2 sm. onion
3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 c. chilled salad oil
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. celery seed

Into blender, put sugar, salt, mustard, paprika, onion, and tarragon vinegar; blend until well mixed. Gradually add well chilled salad oil and blend until thick and emulsified. Add cider vinegar and celery seed and blend until thick. (This can also be made with mixer instead of blender. Follow same procedure.) Yields 1 pint.
