COUNTRY GARDEN SALAD DRESSING 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 hard-cooked egg, finely chopped
2 to 3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. chives, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. tarragon vinegar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Blend ingredients. Chill before serving. Yield: 1 cup.
