COUNTRY KITCHEN WALDORF SALAD 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cherry Jello
1/4 c. red cinnamon candies
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (English)
1 c. diced celery
2 red apples chopped with skins
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve cinnamon candies in 1 cup boiling water. Add enough water to make 2 cups liquid and dissolve Jello in this. Allow to cool. Add walnuts, celery and apples. Pour into mold or molds and chill.
