VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can French style green beans, drained
1/2 box Cheese-It crackers
1 stick butter
1/2-1 can green chilies, to taste
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. sour cream

Mix sour cream and soup. Add celery, onion and pepper. Stir in corn and green beans. Melt butter and mix with crushed Cheese-It crackers to form crumb topping. Pour vegetables in casserole dish. Top with crumb topping. Bake at 350 degrees or 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
